ProblemIndustrial-design intent, motion, structure, controls, thermal paths, sealing, fastening, service, and assembly must become one coherent physical product.

WorkI develop mechanisms, force paths, guides, bearings, linkages, structures, enclosures, interfaces, user-contact geometry, hard stops, access, and retention. The design is evaluated as a system so a local improvement does not create a packaging, tolerance, assembly, durability, or service failure elsewhere.

ProblemThe product needs editable design intent and credible engineering evidence—not disconnected geometry or a simulation image without an explicit decision boundary.

WorkWith more than 10,000 hours in SOLIDWORKS, I develop parametric parts, multi-body geometry, complex surfaces, assemblies, configurations, sheet metal, weldments, production drawings, motion studies, additive files, and neutral manufacturing data. I also reconstruct imperfect geometry and use first principles, tolerance analysis, FEA, CFD, thermal screening, focused prototypes, and test planning at the fidelity the question warrants. Loads, constraints, contacts, materials, assumptions, sensitivity, and limitations remain visible so predicted or diagnostic results are not mistaken for validated product performance.

WorkI connect process selection, assembly strategy, tolerances, drawings, GD&T, BOM data, purchased components, supplier questions, RFQ inputs, CTQs, first-article planning, pilot support, and open-risk disposition. Production, supplier, cost, reliability, and service feedback then becomes a prioritized engineering change rather than an undocumented workaround.

Senior ownership at the level the program actually needs.

I can own a bounded mechanical product-development workstream, add senior hands-on capacity inside an established team, or resolve a focused architecture, mechanism, enclosure, analysis, reconstruction, DFM, supplier, failure, or product-improvement decision.

Every assignment begins by identifying the current product state, the evidence already available, the next decision, and who owns each connected interface. I then match the fidelity of the CAD, analysis, prototype, supplier package, or test plan to that decision. Reviews separate confirmed facts, working assumptions, predicted behavior, measured results, and open risk. The result is not simply activity or a file transfer; it is a controlled technical record the next engineer, supplier, reviewer, or manufacturing team can inspect and continue using.
