Information collected

The employment form accepts name, email, company, role title or posting link, and a message. The product-development form accepts name, work email, company, product stage, an optional timing selection, and a non-confidential summary. The form does not accept files. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, security-sensitive, regulated, or personal medical information.

How the contact form works

The site sends the form fields to its own contact endpoint only for validation, bot screening, and preparation of a mailto: link. The site does not send the inquiry to Jared automatically and does not store form content in a site database. You must open and send the prepared draft through your own email application. The site and endpoint run through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure, so OpenAI and Cloudflare may process ordinary request and security data to operate the service. Depending on your location and the service infrastructure used for a request, this processing may occur outside your state or country. After you send the draft, the message is processed by your email provider and Microsoft Outlook.

Purpose, recipients, and retention

The information is used only to evaluate and respond to an employment or product-development inquiry. Jared Maffucci is the intended recipient. Unsaved form content is not retained by this site. No fixed mailbox-retention period has been adopted. After you send the draft, correspondence may remain in Jared's Microsoft Outlook mailbox until it is deleted. You may request deletion at any time.

Security and abuse prevention

The endpoint applies a 20 KB request limit, server-side allowlists and validation, a hidden bot field, and best-effort short-lived rate limiting. A network address may be used in an individual runtime’s temporary memory for up to 15 minutes and is not written to the site database. Because runtime memory is not shared across every edge instance, this control reduces simple repeated attempts but is not a durable, global rate limit. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare may create ordinary security and request logs under their own operational retention practices.

Analytics, cookies, and local storage

No analytics provider is active and the site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. OpenAI Sites or Cloudflare may set strictly necessary, short-lived security cookies such as __cf_bm for bot detection and service protection; these are not used by Jared for analytics or advertising. The site honors your operating system’s reduced-motion preference by default and stores only your explicit motion choice in local storage on this device. That preference is not used for analytics or advertising and remains until you change it or remove this site’s stored data in your browser. Some Engineering Lab tools can encode inputs in the page URL when you choose a share function; those values are not analytics and should not contain confidential information.

Requests and changes

For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, email jared_maffucci@outlook.com. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date before a new data practice is described as active.
