A master model reduces divergence between the engineering explanation and the product story. It also makes later revisions easier to propagate without recreating every view.

Keep communication states traceable
- Identify the master CAD revision behind every exported view.
- Separate conceptual alternatives from selected definition.
- Avoid adding visual details that imply unmodeled function.
- Record simplifications used for rendering or animation.
- Update technical, patent, and product views after geometry changes.
Do not let a polished image become false evidence
A render can explain form, context, access, or motion. It cannot prove performance, manufacturability, durability, or validation. The caption should state the engineering function of the image and the maturity of the underlying definition.
