The challenge
The outer shell, liner, PCM volume, container interface, closure, seals, condensation path, and user access all competed for limited package volume.
Each revision needed to preserve the product intent while making interfaces, assembly, cleaning, and service more credible.
Decisions
Developed the cartridge, liner, and access strategy together instead of burying the PCM inside an unserviceable shell.
Included sealing and condensation paths in the mechanical architecture rather than leaving them as downstream details.
Maintained eight distinct stages so interface decisions and remaining unknowns did not disappear inside a final render.
